Welcome
to the Oderberg Inland Navigation Museum / Tourist Information
From a small local history centre to a museum of a very special kind.
The museum in the small town of Oderberg in the very east of Brandenburg is unusual: originally the local history museum for pre and early history, over the last 60 years it has developed into a museum of technology for the whole state of Brandenburg, with a presentation of inland navigation in the entire Oder region which is quite unique.
Oderberg has a surrounding landscape which is not only a beautiful terminal moraine region shaped by the Ice Age, but also a historical treasure trove of extraordinary richness from pre and early history, through the Middle Ages and up to the present day.
You can find detailed information about accessibility here."
