The history of shipping on the Oder

The core competence of the museum lies in the inland shipping of the Oder region. Thanks to the former museum director‘s great enthusiasm for collecting, we are now able to draw on an extensive archive. Our aim is to give you an understanding of the technical development of inland navigation and to demonstrate it with selected exhibits such as detailed ship models.
