Regional history

On the second floor of the museum, you can experience the eventful and long history of the town of Oderberg.

In addition to describing the unique landscape shaped by the Ice Age, stories from traditional crafts and club life also play a role.

You will also gain an insight into the beginnings of the former local history museum in the form of a selection of finds from the Bronze and Iron Ages.

Another thematic focus is the Oderbruch and its drainage, as well as the history of the Oder floods.
